Redmond, Washington – A long history of success! MulvannyG2 has worked with a variety of developers on a 1.5 million SF office campus that houses Microsoft and various other tenants for the last 20 years. Through the years we’ve continually delivered the same quality results — creative solutions and speed to completion. On Microsoft’s Cedar Court Office Complex, developed by Hines, we secured a Special-Use Permit through our creative design and gained 20 percent buildable space. MulvannyG2’s fast-track design of Microsoft’s Daytona building, developed by Hart Properties, resulted in the design and construction phases completed in less than 18 months. All seven buildings were custom designed for Microsoft employees yet are flexible enough to market to future office tenants. |
