Qingdao, China - With the Fushan Mountain nearby, and a short drive to the shoreline, the Fushanshou project site is rich with natural amenities. The proposed design respects the surrounding natural beauty by forming an urban oasis that gracefully mixes urban functions with a feeling of openness, vibrancy, and direct views of the Fushan Mountain. A sense of community within the development is achieved through the arrangement of residential towers that form pockets within each panel, allowing for beautifully landscaped, safe, and private central garden spaces. This outdoor lifestyle experience connects the shopping center and corporate campus within the development, and terraced street retail will be active with shopping and dining. The centerpiece of the master plan is the iconic 650-foot office tower, which will be visible throughout the area, giving the project a strong identity for miles around. |
