Dalian, China – As the second largest port city in Northeast China, Dalian is an important crossroads of transportation, tourism, and trade. The 462,000 square-foot Dalian Hengli Headquarters Mixed-Use site is located just outside the city center and adjacent to Fujiazhuang Park, one of Dalian’s largest and most popular beaches. The prime setting of this project also includes its close proximity to Binhai Road, a highly important means of tourism and sightseeing with many hotels and attractions along the route. The project site is split between two parcels containing two high-rise apartment towers and two office towers, with a three story retail podium connecting the buildings on each site. Residents and business tenants enjoy upscale amenities, convenient retail, and lush gardens. The Dalian Hengli Headquarters Mixed-Use project is under construction and will soon be a new attraction along the green strip of Binhai Road. |
