Seattle, Washington - The most coveted amenity in any downtown condominium might be the view. So instead of creating two matching towers for this project—and blotting out the views for the interior-facing residents—we designed one seven-story tower, and one 24-story tower, with a glass view into the courtyard between them. Now everyone who lives in this innovative building can enjoy a sense of spaciousness and the ever-changing cityscape. |
