4.11.2003 | BELLEVUE, Wash. - Bellevue-based MulvannyG2 Architecture has been recognized as one of Washington's best companies to work for by Washington CEO magazine.
Washington CEO's "Best Companies to Work For" list for 2003 includes 51 companies headquartered in Washington ranked by their leadership, communication, hiring, training, rewards and recognition, standards, benefits, and work environment.
MulvannyG2 ranked 3rd overall among medium-size companies. The results were announced at a gala dinner at the Marriot Waterfront in downtown Seattle on June 6th with the release of their June issue detailing the survey.
Rankings were determined through submittals by the firms nominated as well as by the results of a confidential online survey completed by the employees of the nominated companies. Washington CEO received nominations from 134 companies this year. Of those, 102 firms were selected to submit entries and complete the employee survey process. Companies that scored in the top 50 percentile were chosen as finalists.
"What makes this ranking so meaningful is that it is primarily based on the feedback from our staff," said MulvannyG2 president Mitch Smith. "We've always felt that we had something special going on over here, and these survey results prove that were doing something right."
