Jim Turney, NCARB, LEED AP, has been promoted to Senior Associate, Team Leader, for the corporate mixed-use team. He will act as the process lead for MulvannyG2’s corporate, mixed-use projects. Turney has over 30 years of experience in the field of architecture. Currently, he is working on the concept studies for Atlas Park, a 25-acre site in Queens, NY, as well as Lowe’s projects throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic area.
In addition, Joel Russell, AIA, has been promoted to Senior Associate, Team Leader, for the Costco Eastern team. He will be in charge of process overview for Costco pre-design through design development work on proposed sites. Russell has over 28 years of experience and has worked extensively with large format retail from both the consultant and owner sides of projects. He is currently working on Costco Warehouses in Manahawkin, NJ; Manhattan, NY; and Queens, NY.
